Yoga for Resilience

To be honest, a pandemic actually seems like the perfect time to explore a practice that’s designed to help us both develop resilience and the capacity to let go. Yoga has been a lifeline for me in difficult times. When I remain committed to my daily practice - moving, breathing, and meditating - it somehow helps me remember that I have so much to be grateful for, even during times when it’s otherwise easy to forget.
