*learn time-tested pranayama practices to shift the breath and, thereby, the mind

Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of the breath’s impact on the body and a toolkit of pranayama exercises to access any time to shift your energy. This class is available online or in person.

Join us for a 21-day, clean eating and conscious living program from the comfort of your own home. For three weeks, fuel your body and mind with whole food based recipes and daily yoga practices designed to ground, energize, and awaken. The Clean and Conscious Program includes:
